I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. This looks a like a new/re-rated hotel. A guess would be the the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf is upgraded to 4*, but i'm not sure here.

I've edited your post above to indicate the amenities are for a 3.5* hotel in Japantown.

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board, and as these amenities are very common for the area, i don't think we'll be able to gain enough insight to make an educated guess.

Per the Hotwire hotel post from BG Bidder here on Hotwire SF board, it appears that it is Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. they have it for $89 on dates just following yours and with same amenities.
