Hotwire Hotel: 3* Condo in Kissimee $62...any ideas?

I'm having trouble pulling the trigger on this one!

I had planned on choosing a 3* LBV condo that I have been seeing come up at $62. I am convinced that it is the Quality Suites LBV, with the included breakfast. It has a 90% rating, and TA ratings are quite positive.

Now, I see this one in Kissimee with a 95% rating:

Looking for 2 adults/2 children

Full Kitchen

Free parking

In-room Laundry

Children's Activities

Pool

24-hr front desk

Internet

Tennis Nearby

Condo

It looks like Celebrity Resorts, but there is no way they have that high of a rating (4/5 on TA)...

Any ideas on this one? Love this board and thanks so much for all you do!!

Unfortunately a property with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board.

While i wouldn't exclude the Celebrity Resorts, note that this property has been seen with a different amenity combination than those above, so this would be a new combination if the above proved to be this property.

Yes, I see where they differ from Celebrity--they just don't differ enough to make me comfortable :)

The amenities most closely resemble Fantasy World Club with the omission of 2BR and golf, but I don't know if I'll take the chance, though we'd love to win that!

My back-up reservation is through the Royale Parc Suites in LBV, for $61 per night, so I might fall back on that, too. Oh the agony of the decision!! :) Thanks for your help! I'll update when I decide.
