edma71 Posted November 15, 2010 Report Posted November 15, 2010 started at $175/night and gradually added 3.5* ratings and neighborhoods, went down to $155 without success. Went up until $185 and added additional NYC neighborhoods eventually snagging the Hudson which I am happy with. Have been there before, nice location. Tiny rooms but will try to upgrade when I get there. Good luck & good hunting! :) In hindsight, could have gotten slightly cheaper 3.5* in the Chelsea/Penn station area on hotwire (either doubletree or new yorker ramada plaza according to Better bidding NYC index) at $175/night (plus tax & fees) but still happy with Hudson hotel as it is in a good neighborhood and with a boutique feel.
