Seems to be a new hotel that's not on the Priceline hotel list.

How can I add this to that list?

That's a great rate. I live a few blocks from the Hotel Erwin. It's right in the middle of Venice Beach near Windward and the Ocean Front Walk. You'll be there on Sunday the most active day to see Venice Beach. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is supposed to be nice, I haven't been up there yet. There's a really good tapas/panini restaurant Santino's next to the hotel.
