Started out at $45 but got the "one time offer" if I raised it to $60, so I did! We've stayed here many times and love it! I tried to get something in the Polaris area for New Years and got up to $65 for a 3.5* and STILL didn't get accepted. Glad I waited a day and tried 4* downtown!
