tried for a 3.5* downtown for $38 - settled for this. being that there are no 4* on priceline in Jacksonville - i'm sure this is a safe bet

This is a very nice hotel. It is really is on par with many 3.5 star hotel. Nice Sleep number beds, 37 in LCD t.v. So, I think you will enjoy this hotel.
