Just booked Hotel Arts in Calgary (downtown).

I had a look at the bids posted on here for Calgary hotels and decided to start my bidding at $65 (3.5* - downtown). Got rejected with offer to raise my bid to $85. I denied and went back to do fresh bid. I changed my price to $75 and added Calgary South area (no 3.5* hotels there, or so I hoped). And... viola!
