Avis offered the lowest rates.Then, I decided to review Priceline bids.First bid $14 mid-size rejected.Second bid $15 accepted for a standard vehicle. 5 days @$15 = $75taxes/fees $46.50Total $121.50 vs $155 with Avis.The fees are a killer in Florida.Booked thru savingsbarn.com
