I got this hotel on HOTWIRE. It has a 95% satisfaction rate and the same amenities as what poster david 12345 listed in his initial post. Maybe that was the original hotel he was considering albeit at a lower price of $39.

In addition, similar to what david 12345 said, after I got my reservation confirmation, I rechecked and the same hotel (had the exact description, anyway) was offered again at $49 and indicated not the prior 95% satisfaction rate, but that reviews were still being gathered.

This exact situation happened several months ago when I booked a highly rated hotel in Detroit. On recheck, it said reviews were still being gathered. It may make the hotel "opaque", but I wouldn't book a hotel without confirmed excellent ratings, so I can't understand why hotwire does that if they want to sell rooms.
