Need help IDing 4* hotel in Barcelona, Downtown-Marina-Les Ramblas district !

Is it safe to assume that the hotel does not have other amenities (pool, fitness facilities, for example) if only these two are listed?

It seems very uncommon for a 4* hotel to have only these amenities!

No, this is not a safe assumption... a hotel needs to have all the amenities shown, but doesn't need to show all the amenities they offer. The best example of this is how some HOTWIRE hotels still don't show the Hi-Speed Internet icon where this amenity is offered at almost all hotels (in the US at least). As well, there are many examples of hotels using multiple amenity combinations, which by definition would mean that they don't always show the complete list of icons.
