This is definitely Byward blue, booked this twice now (its the cheapest what can i say lol) and it has always been that one. Word of advice, dont get the first floor :).

The only one i remember was for Canada day night so June1st-2nd (thats canada day right? lol!) the other i cant remember for the life of me it was this year but near the beginning.
