I don't think this is the Fashion 26, because it doesn't list it as a boutique hotel.

It could be Fashion 26 without the boutique icon. The 4.5/5 TA rating match the Fashion 26 hotel. But it could also be a diffrent property.

If you're happy with this zone wouldn't quality be an issue with the high TA rating.

I just checked the Fashion 26 website for availability and it says they don't have rooms that night... any second guesses? I know there are no guarantees, but I would love to have a pretty good sense of where I'll end up if I can! I'm happy with certain areas in the zone, but not necessarily the entire zone :)
