Hotwire Hotel: Help Identify 4* Embarcadero

Date is 12/16- 12/17 price 119$

Amenities listed Business/Internet/Restaurant/Fitness....which pretty much only eliminates Vitale.

Approval rating is 90% which I know eliminates Meridien and possibly Omni.

Basically I'm just trying to eliminate Hyatt as my wife prefers the Hilton. Would like to know if anybody knows Hilton vs Hyatt approval rating if there is a difference.

Also would like to know what is "BEAV's method" of identifying hotels.

This is a match for both Hyatt and Hilton. I can't weed out one of them in a safe way.
