Priceline Hotel: 3* Houston (Airport Inter IAH) Hyatt Regency

Declined at several price points up to $45. This is several dollars higher than this hotel and zone required last year, but on balance zone has bid much tougher since New Year's. (Availabliltiy at several previously-participating hotels in the $140-$170 range. That range last year translated into Priceline rates in the mid-30's).

We have seen bids in the $30's recently accepted here but at rates lower than you've posted above.... as well this hotel is showing a sold-out condition for your dates (so it is a little surprising that this was your accepting property).
