Travelling to NYC from 11/14/2010 - 11/17/2010 and looking for some bidding advice. Criteria:

- 4*+

- Areas: Midtown East, Central Park South, Empire State Building

Could you advise me on the current free re-bid zones? Read that I shoudn't go off of the stick which includes the hotel list.

Also, what price should I start at ? $175? $200?
