Tried 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, and finally got it at 55.

To get more tries I added DVP (knowing there probably aren't any hotels there), then 2.5 star and 2 star (knowing there probably aren't any at that star level in Markham).

I'm sticking with Markham now because I don't want to end up somewhere that charges for parking (like the Radisson in Scarborough), or downtown.
