Priceline Hotel: Napa 3* for Nov 6th check out Nov 7th

Hi there,

Can you please help me with bidding strategies? I want to book just one night for November 6th for 2 people. In the Napa area as first choice and upper Napa as second. I'd like at least a 3 star rating hotel for no more than 200 (ideally I'd like to stay in the low 100s for 3 stars and 200s for 4 stars).
