mattbw1 Posted November 10, 2010 Author Report Posted November 10, 2010 Looking for convenient location, and a fun, safe hotel. We'd rather stay in something more "hip" or "trendy" vs. a hotel geared toward the business crowd.
AaronJB Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 The 4* Midtown Central could be a number of different properties, including the Royalton, Sheraton, Park Central, Sofitel or Helmsley Park Lane or Warwick. The new Cassa Hotel and Residences (a 4*) is on sale for $255 via Expedia, and coupon code FESTIVE10 takes $10 off per night. The 4* Benjamin is also the same price, on sale. Both are more expensive than the HOTWIRE listings, but both are more towards what you are looking for an less of the business-oriented, convention-y properties you are not. The Andaz Wall Street would be really what you are looking for in terms of hotel, but unfortunately it would definitely be not in terms of location. That is $195.Thank you for using the site's Expedia, HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
mattbw1 Posted November 11, 2010 Author Report Posted November 11, 2010 So I went with the 4* in Midtown Central. It's the Flatotel.
AaronJB Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Congrats on your success. :)With the regular rate showing at $389 on Expedia, this is a fantastic deal for this property.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
