I went back to an old topic I had started 4 yrs. ago on this same city and used the suggestion to try bidding Franklin, WI for more rebid opportunities. Some of the rebids areas have changed but still the same general idea. I was bidding 2.5* for Germantown and had 4 extra areas to use for rebids this way. I bid $38 for 2.5* on first bid, declined and was offered to rebid with a $10 addition to my bid. I rejected that and used Waterford as a rebid and bid $40 and it was accepted. I think this is a new property for our lists.
