I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. And i don't know the area well enough to take an educated guess for this.

Embassy Suites or Doubletree Guest Suites with a diffrent amenitie combo might be candidates here. But this is just a guess.

The Doubletree and ES appear to have smoking rooms; my guess is that maybe the Mainsail or Sheraton Suites might be possibilities for this listing.
