Trying to figure out the following properties in the Sainte Foy - YQB Airport area, for November 12 (2 nights):

3-star, $65: Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Ctr, Laundry, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa

2.5-star, $69: Pool, Restaurant, Business Ctr, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa

Neither of these properties have yet been reported to the board.

A guess would for the 3* is the Clarion Hotel Ste. Foy.. the 2.5* possibly the Hotel Universal or the L Hotel Quebec (but not entirely confident about any of these)

Do the hotel-only offerings on Hotwire always match the star rating as displayed in Hotwire Vacations?

If so, that 3-star could be the Hotel Universel (French spelling), with a spa and non-smoking rooms.

I wish it were the Clarion, as I'm attending a conference there, but the "smoke-free rooms" amenity feature is what's throwing me off -- they offer some non-smoking rooms, but not all rooms are non-smoking. Is this a factor?

Was looking at Hotwire for something out in St Foy, but for the heck of it put in a low Priceline bid of $40 for Quebec (centre ville). Bid accepted at the Best Western Centre Ville. 2 nights, total $102.02. Hotel site shows $120/nt, or $96/nt for advance purchase.
