rocyvr Posted October 29, 2010 Report Posted October 29, 2010 Decided to try PRICELINE for a hotel in the South Beach area one night before our Thanksgiving cruise ... wanted something on or near the ocean since we're arriving early the day before we sail.Early bids (Oceanfront zone only) in the 60-70 range were not accepted. Tried again 24 hrs later and the $80 bid was accepted for 11/21/10 - 11/22/10.Currently the hotel is offering a fall promotion with rates starting at $149 night so I'm happy with the price and location for one night ... even if Tripadvisor reviews are mixed.
