$40 accepted on first try. Total for two nights $97.90 or $48.95 a night. Called hotel and said they have $5 parking charge "included in room price" so not quite sure if it will be extra for a priceline deal or not. Used BB PRICELINE links. This hotel was in Area 1.

Very nice deal for this property. I've never heard of a parking fee being included in the price, but $5 parking seems reasonable as parking fees go.
