808geek
I have a few questions about bidding for 2 rooms with Priceline. To be able to get 2 rooms on the same property do they have to included in the same bid? If I bid each room seperately do I take the chance that winning bids will end up at different properties? Also if I included both rooms in one bid do the dates have to be the same for both rooms? I'm assuming that check-in and check-out dates need to be the same for both rooms when bidding all in the same bid. And that I would need to bid both rooms within the same bid to ensure the same property for both rooms. Thanks for you help. Link to comment
travelguy2
Yes, you are correct about all of this. Each bid is independent, so 2 separate one-room bids could end up at different properties. And, if you bid for 2 rooms in one bid, they must have the same start and end dates. Also, if you were to win a 2-room bid, you would not be able to use the "add a night" feature for only one room; you would have to do it for both rooms. Hope that helps! Link to comment
808geek
Yes that does clear it up for me. I pretty much thought that is the way it would work, but wan't to be positive before I started any bidding process. Decisions, decisions.....now. Link to comment
