You could improve upon your bidding a bit by adding all acceptable zones from the onset and then adding re-bid zones to increase your bidding (as opposed to adding 'live' zones as you did) as it would have given you the opportunity to win this hotel for even less... not sure if you could have, but at least this would give you the chance to do so. Feel free to ask questions this regard and/or for help before bidding for your next hotel. Overall, still a very nice win.
