The hotel is apparently formerly known as Marx Hotel, then Renaissance Hotel.

It has a complimentary garage parking.

The Priceline lists rooms for $141+tax= $160/night for the same dates.

Bad strategy - didn't research the hotel, so didn't expect to have the first bid accepted, therefore I did not use the PRICELINE link. Sorry :)
