There a few budget rated properties in this area which serve a complimentary breakfast... Holiday Inn Express, Super 8, Days Inn, Comfort Inn just to name a few (there could be others as well) With just the two amenity icons above and no additional clues provided by HOTWIRE i don't think we'll be able to offer much additional insight into this one.

So I took the chance and this deal ended up being the Day's Inn Kirksville. Price was $48 before taxes for a final price of $59. Hotels listed amenities are complimentary breakfast and free internet. Overall satisfied with this result due to this hotel being the only one in Kirksville with a free airport shuttle.
