advice sought: minivan rental, Maui 4/23-4/30

Advice sought for potential PL bid for the following:

rental location: OGG

rental pickup: April 23, 2005 1:30pm

rental dropoff: April 30, 2005 noon.

rental need: minivan

The best I have been able to find online: National, with Ent. book coupons: $266.35 (total) and Alamo, with Ent. book discounts: $271.61 (total).

I would use our CAR RENTAL CHECKER tool to look for rates and know what percent off you can get from each company by using various coupons.

I have booked a minvan with Alamo, with Ent. book discounts: $265.98 (total). This includes the 2nd driver free (other agencies are charging $5-$7/day extra for this).

I have checked the Car Rental Checker. Am I at all likely to beat this rate with PL?

Given the "additional driver" fee that would likely apply on a priceline win i don't think you'll likely beat the above rate. You could factor out the additional fee, taxes, priceline fee, etc and try to undercut your current rate, but probably won't be easy to do (also take into consideration the non-cancellability factor and your current deal seems like a good one).
