Hotwire Hotel: Need help booking room for Cincinnati (Downtown)

I currently see a 4* in the Downtown Area on HOTWIRE for the dates above at a price of $93. According to the Hotwire Hotel List, all three 4* Hotels in the area have the same amenities listed. One thing I did notice is that the Customer rating on TripAdvisor 4.0 out of 5.0. The Hyatt Regency in the area does not get good reviews on TripAdvisor and would likely be a 3.0 out of 5.0 so is it safe to assume that this is for the Hilton or Westin?

I'm not quite sure how it works with the Trip Advisor info.
