Hotwire Hotel: Kissimmee area 3* Condo - Help with identification

We are traveling down to Orlando for a trip to Disney on 11/21 -11/24 and are looking to book an area condo. Hotwire has an offer of a 2 bedroom condo for $69.00/nt with the following amenities listed:

2-Bedroom Suite

Fully-equipped Kitchen

Free Parking

In-Room Laundry

Pool(s)

Tennis Nearby

Condo

Recommended in 90% of customer reviews.

Two questions:

1. Does "Recommended in 90% of customer reviews - 100+ reviews" tranlslate to anything close to Tripadvisor ratings - or is that just from Hotwire reviewers? In other words are the two rating systems somewhat close? Can the Hotwire reviews be trusted?

2. Any ideas as to what this property may be?

Unfortunately this Condo has not yet been reported to the board and with most condo properties in this area having little differentiation, i don't have a guess as to what this may likely be.
