Eventually got the Kitano Hotel in the ESB district for 2 nights at $200/night. All the other sites (Expedia, Hotels.com, the hotel website) offer the Hotel at $399/night during those dates, so I am quite happy! I searched MTE, MTW, TS, CPS, and ESB. Many thanks to everyone here on the site! :)
