setoray Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 3* FLL Airport - Holiday Inn - 2 Rooms - $70/room for Nov 26, 2010wanted 2 rooms at either 3* Hyatt Summerfield or Hyatt Place for Nov 26, 2010 for the next day cruise. I was hoping to avoid the Holiday Inn which was in the same class. Started bidding at $40 on Oct 2. went up in increments of $2 over 9 days of bidding.On Oct 11, 3 * Holiday Inn Airport accepted for $70 for each room. Didn't really want this hotel since it didn't offer any complimentary breakfast.It appears there is sometime going on this weekend since the price was so high and the usual rates I've seen on PRICELINE has been around $40 - $50 per room.
