Best guess for the 4.5* is the Inter-Continental while the 4* appears to be the Hotel Felix... that would be my best guess for each.

Stellar deal for this property, which I think is a very nice hotel with a very neat history - the hotel's beautiful, historic pool is one of the first public pools built on a higher floor (it was built in the late '20's) and has been preserved well in the years since.
