twinstars Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 I am looking to book 2 rooms in Lake Buena Vista for March 17, 2011 to March 20, 2011. I am hoping to spend around $50 each room. Is it too early to start bidding now? What would be the best strategy? Thanks in advance for the help.

Foxes Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Check the winning bids for the resorts...and also check Hotwire.Bidding early enough give you time to keep rebidding (after 24 hours).Some hotels may not discount early this far out..Sometimes I quit too early and moved to another zone..when all I needed was a couple dollars more.In your plans don't forget taxes and "resort fees". Good luck.ALSO..sometimes I bid for one night & then extend (if the resort allows) HOWEVER...you are charged more fees to do that.
