Started the bidding low at $40 and figured I would be rejected. Bumped it up to $50 and was rejected, but with an instant offer to add $15. Decided to try and wait and got it at $55. Seems to be a newer property so we'll see how it is!

Just a note, there are two bidding areas in the Waco area it seems: Waco and Bellmead. I'm not sure if this is a recent development or not. This Holiday Inn property is in the Bellmead area. If I was to guess which area the rest of the discovered properties on this site are based on the Priceline map, I would divide it as follows (again, not confirmed):

Waco (Bellmead)

-3* Holiday Inn Waco Northwest

-2* Fairfield Inn North

Waco

-3* Courtyard

-2* Extended Stay America Waco-Woodway

-2* Travelodge

-2.5* Clarion (previously 2*)
