Priceline Hotel: 3* San Diego (Del Mar-Rancho Santa Fe) Morgan Run Club and Resort

I was hoping for the new Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina but this is what I got. Sounds like a real dump from the reviews I've read.

In addition, people have complained about a mandatory $15 resort fee that they charge at check-in... is that kosher? Has that happened to anyone else?

Tried $46 initially for just North Country and Escondito and then added $10 and added Del Mar.
