Hotwire Hotel: Please help ID 3.5* London Docklands Hotel

HOTWIRE is showing a 3.5* hotel in London Docklands with Non-Smoking, Fitness, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet and Spa. Trip Advisor gives it 4.5.

When I saw the spa I inititially thought it was Hilton Docklands - but that is a 4* and has more amenities (and also shows up via the Hotels.com link further down the page). I've also done a search for all the Docklands hotels in Trip Advisor and can't find one with a 4.5 rating.

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board.

The Hilton Canaary Wharf and the Marriott West India Quay would be at least two possibilities among the likely candidates (the Marriott is a smoke freeproperty... not sure of the Hilton)
