Priceline Hotel: 4* San Diego (Downtown-Harbor Island) Sheraton Hotel and Marina

Bid for 5* Downtown (which has to be US Grant) at $95, $100, $105, no luck, no return offers, gave up at this price.

Later, bid 4* Downtown/Harbor Island at $58, had return offer to bid $73. Turned down, added zone and bid $60, accepted. $126 - $129 on the regular sites. Am pretty sure this would have been the 4* Hotwire property at $79 for the same area.

Have stayed here before, fairly nice hotel, good for a relaxing pre-cruise night, even if a little away from things otherwise. We had a great harbor view last time we were here. So pretty happy, would have been happier with something in Gaslamp, but really didn't expect it.

Used the PRICELINE link on this site to book. Having both Priceline and Hotwire forums came in pretty handy.
