Offered 135$ (plus a 10$ bonus cash that I was given for a previous purchase) and got accepted. The average rate for that hotel on those dates ( OCT/28/2010-NOV/01/2010) is around 300 USD. Reviews are generally good, I've stayed in Melia hotels and my experience have been rather positive.
