All done. I'm sorry I had not read my inbox previously. I ended up not staying at those previous hotels b/c I didn't hear back. My fault for not reading all the rules....sorry :)

The amenities above are common in this area and multiple properties have been reported with this combination in the past... the Hilton Costa Mesa, Hilton Irvine-Airport and Westin South Coast Plaza have all been seen with this combination at one time or another, so any of these would be my best guess.
