Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 2.5* Hoboken - Jersey City

Please help id the 2.5* hotel I found on Hotwire for a stay Nov. 2nd - Nov. 6th, 82$ per Room/night with the following ammenities:

Suite

Smoke Free

Breakfast

Internet

Actually this looks pretty close to the Hyatt Place in Secaucus but this would be about 1 mile outside the Hotwire area map.
