This is not a first similar post - publicly available price at Hotel's site is lower than Priceline bid.

I run the exact bid of $121 ($111+$10 bonus cash from Entertainment Book), $120 got rejected.

Had to invoke Best Price Guarantee, after some fight they refunded the difference plus gave me some coupons.
