Just curious, did you get this on your first bid attempt? This property was formerly known as the Renaissance and could be had easily on a weekend for $55. I am wondering if its because Crowne has taken over that the bid price has gone up significantly.

This is a beautiful hotel and was a steal at $55. At $80+ not so sure. Many more properties in the syracuse area in the $50 range that would do just as well.
