Romelle Posted October 3, 2010 Report Posted October 3, 2010 Hi,I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a thread/article that takes you through the Priceline process? Also, is it possible to make a bid on a hotel for 5 nights in the same bid? Many thanks.Yes, it is possible to bid for 5 nights at one time. It is done regularly. I've done 10 nights at once. Do know that if you are successful, your credit card is charged right now, rather than when you stay.If you look through the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) right in this area (first post, "Pinned", which means it stays at the top, you will see discussions of the Priceline process. On the PRICELINE site itself, there is a Help function that has a lot of good information. Priceline How it Works has a detailed description of their process, and even a video you can watch.I'm just a member, so you will probably get more information from the experts here. I'd suggest you fill in your city and the first of your dates on the Priceline logo up above (right hand side). Then click on through. Actually select an area (or more if your planned city allows it), and your desired star level. Enter a TOTALLY impossible bid like maybe $1. You will get refused, but will have a better understanding of the process and will be able to ask more specific questions for your particular situation. On the totally improbably chance that your bid goes through and gets accepted, you got a room for one of your nights for $1 so that should not be a problem. http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?showtopic=68179& also has some good tips.Romelle
