When I use the "Extend your stay" link, I get the message:

"We're sorry

Unfortunately, we are not able to add nights to reservations at the Four Points By Sheraton Bakersfield.

Please note: Our customer service agents have access to the same hotel rates and availability as our customers do on our website. They are not able to make this booking on your behalf.

If you would like to see additional rates available for your hotel click here."

It appears to be a policy and is not for lack of rooms. I got the property on a bid and then decided to extend my stay. When it would not allow me, I started a new bid for Bakersfield and got the Sheraton again.

Business must be pretty slow in Bakersfield these days. I have stayed at the Sheraton many times over the years. but have had to bid quite a bit higher in the past to get it.
