I could only find 4* on your list. Amenities: Fitness, Spa, Business, Restaurant.

Best guess is that the 3.5* property is the NH Schiphol Airport, downgraded to the 3.5* since it was last reported to the board. NOTE that this 3.5* HOTWIRE offering has a 'not so good' Tripadvisor rating of 3.0/5.0, and for ~$15 more i'd sooner go with the 4* on HOTWIRE which doesn't show a TA rating, but does show that it is recommended by 100% of previous HOTWIRE customers who stayed at this property.
