stevek28 Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 If I receive an offer of getting a room if I raise my bid by $15, is there a certain dollar increase I can bid next time to be sure of getting the room?

stevek28 Posted September 30, 2010 Author Report Posted September 30, 2010 What city, zone and star rating are you bidding? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Fort Stockton, Tx, has only 1 zone and choosing 2 1/2* I've bid: 38,42,46,50,55 and 58 so far.
AaronJB Posted September 30, 2010 Report Posted September 30, 2010 There is no set dollar amount to increase; if your last bid was $58 and the counter-offer was +15, then I'd say $62, $66, $70. I'd be surprised if it requires going to $70.Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
