Trying to book 2 double rooms 5-7 Nov 10 @ $114 per night.

Cannot see rating for Trip Advisor.

Any ideas are appreciated.

These amenities are common for a 4* hotel in this area and the Crowne Plaza, Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel, Holiday Inn Kensington and Hilton Olympia have all been seen with this amenity combination, so any of these are likely, and with no additional clues provdided by HOTWIRE there would be no way to narrow down the list to determine which may be more/less likely then the others.

If it is the one going for $114/night the tripadvisor rating is 3.0 out of 5. The only hotel above that fits the 3/5 tripadvisor rating is the Hilton Olympia.

The other hotels are rated higher.

Hi there

I just booked on Hotwire this hotel 3* Notting hill/bayswater (breakfast and high speed internet) for 6/7 Nov and it is: VENTURES HOTEL - so i am absolutely dreading it as the reviews on all websites seem to be awful :) it seems to be a hostel rather than a hotel, some rooms are not en suite!

Sorry to hear you're disappointed in the results of this purchase. I would contact HOTWIRE and ask them to review this property based upon the Tripadvisor comments... let us know if you make any headway.

Just back from Ventures Hotel - completely awful as expected!

I am really disappointed with how this has turned out and am very tempted not to bother using Hotwire again :)

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay... had you tried reaching out to HOTWIRE before your trip?

Unfortunately star ratings are a bit more generous in Europe then in the US and other parts of North America... a 3* in Europe can be equivalent to what many expect from a 2.5* or 2* hotel in the US.

Hope your future stays work out better than this one did.
