Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Toronto (Downtown North) Delta Chelsea

Been trying to get a 4* for these dates for a couple weeks, went up to $90. Stayed at the Delta Chelsea before and had no problems with it, so decided to drop down to 3.5*.

Bid 75, 78, 80, 83, 85, 86, 87, 88. Finally got it on the last bid.
