4* $55 starting point bid: Coastal, Downtown and Coronado using the many rebid zones in the area.

Not my first choice nor do the extra fees help, $25 parking and $12 convenience fee.

Hopefully will be able to find parking on the street or a cheaper option at the university to mitigate.
